A data supplier is an organization or business that provides and maintains data for aplying by third parties. A supplier can be internal or external to an organization.

Some of the data supplier responsibilities are:

• Providing data in accordance with the conditions agreed in the data delivery agreement. E.g., the supplier must deliver the required fields with the required quality.
• Adhering to the delivery of the data on the dates (and time) specified in the agreement.
• Delivering up-to-date data.
