Definition
A population is a collection of data_records in a data file of a specific entity type within a specific scope.
Notes
Examples: All inhabitants of the UK at the first of January 2023 older than 18 years . All invoices of a company issued in 2000. All cars with a French licence plate at the first of January 2023.
